Our Crushing Division (PEI Blasting) plays a vital role in supporting efficient, full-service operations on job sites across the region.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front Loader Operator to join our crusher crew. This role is critical in safely and efficiently feeding raw material into the crusher, stockpiling crushed material, and supporting production targets. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate front-end loader to feed rock or recycled materials into jaw, cone, or impact crushers
Maintain consistent material flow to maximize crusher production
Load, move, and stockpile material as needed around the crushing plant
Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance (fluid levels, grease points, etc.)
Communicate with the crusher operator and foreman regarding material needs and production status
Maintain a clean, organized work area with a focus on safety and efficiency
Report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly
Follow all company, OSHA, and job site safety regulations

Qualifications

front-end loader experience (preferably in crushing or quarry environment)
Familiarity with rock crushing operations and equipment preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to job sites as needed
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Commitment to safety and teamwork
