We’re looking for a skilled and driven Electrical or Grading Superintendent / Lead Man to join our growing team in the Atlanta area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with field leadership experience who is ready to grow with a dynamic and expanding company.

Position Overview:
This role will oversee daily crew operations for the installation of Electrical and Communication Duct Banks on large-scale site development projects. Experience setting concrete structures or vaults is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and ready to step into greater responsibility quickly — with potential to grow into managing multiple crews, overseeing material procurement, and taking on larger project management duties.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise crews installing electrical/communication duct banks and setting structures

• Coordinate tasks, equipment, materials, and schedules to meet production goals

• Ensure job site safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications

• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors

• Track and report daily progress

• Provide mentorship and guidance to crew members

Qualifications:

• Experience running crews in electrical or grading construction

• Preferably experienced in installing duct banks and/or concrete vaults

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Reliable, motivated, and ready to take initiative

• Must be local to or able to commute within the Atlanta metro area
