
Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring an Customer Value Agreement (CVA) Analyst in Richmond, Virginia. The Customer Value Agreement (CVA) Analyst is responsible for working in coordination with the Fleet Services, CVA, Product Support and Sales teams to assist with quote entries for CVA Agreements(Parts Kits, PM’s, and TM&Rs), PSE’s (Rebuilds, Undercarriage) and Opportunities generated from Condition Monitoring (Inspections, Recommendations from Fleet Monitoring). Seeking candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude, with heavy equipment experience preferred.
Requirements for the Customer Value Agreement (CVA) Analyst position include:
Physical requirements must be met for the Customer Value Agreement (CVA) Analyst job, including the ability sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Able to lift, carry and maneuver items up to 10 pounds in weight. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
