This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawn and Tractor Service Advisor located in Farmington, NY. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling aftersales. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers about their service needs, coordinating service appointments, and following up on service completion. In addition, the role will help greet customers and answer inquiries on parts, service, and available products and services. The role involves working closely with the service, parts, and logistics team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
Customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking
Ability to work collaboratively with the service team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Experience in the outdoor power equipment industry is a plus
Must have the physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally, sitting for extended periods of time, extending and elevating arms into different positions.
