Job Title: Tractor Operator

Job Type: Full-time, One-year contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, 9am-5pm

Salary: $1,500 per week

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tractor Operator to join our farming team in Maryland. As a Tractor Operator, you will be responsible for operating tractors and other farm equipment to perform various agricultural tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Operate tractors and other farm equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform tasks such as plowing, planting, and harvesting crops
- Maintain equipment and report any issues to management
- Work collaboratively with other farm staff to achieve production goals

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience operating tractors and farm equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds
