SITECH Chesapeake, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carter Machinery Company, Inc., is hiring is hiring SITECH Service Advisor in Richmond, Virginia. The SITECH Service Advisor is responsible for communicating with internal and external customers to gather information regarding equipment issues and providing repair status updates while repairs are in progress, opening/processing work orders in an efficient and timely manner using thorough details on customer requests/complaints to ensure technician understanding and customer satisfaction. Seeking candidates with a minimum two years’ service-related experience; heavy equipment exposure. Working knowledge of function and repair of heavy construction equipment preferred. High School diploma or equivalent
Requirements for the SITECH Service Advisor position include:
Physical requirements must be met for the SITECH Service Advisor job, including regularly being required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
