A qualified person for this position will have 10+ years of experience in Treatment Plant, and Pump Station construction. This position is office-based with limited regional travel.

Qualifications

!0+ years’ experience in Waste Water, Underground Construction in Treatment Plants, Underground (Sewer, Water, Storm Drains), and Pump Stations
BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering (or related field), or equivalent experience required
Proven experience in managing projects in the $10M- $100M+ range from beginning to end
Experience in managing self-perform forces in WTP/WWTP & underground utilities

Responsibilities

As the Area Manager, you’ll be responsible for the complete execution of various projects such as Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations and Underground Utilities.
You will manage a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and associated field management.
You will be responsible for managing subordinates and subcontractors.
The Sr Project Manager/Area Manager position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to: Pre-construction, Project Set-up, Project Cost-Control, Scheduling, Complete Project Oversight, Safety and Profit & Loss.
