The Intern – Service performs various tasks under the direction of experienced personnel in the shop, warehouse, and yard. Seeking candidates with some college in business or industry-related field. Requirements for the Intern-Service position include:

• Attention to detail and process oriented.
• PC and administrative skills required, with proficiency in MS-Office suites, database concepts, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong customer satisfaction skills; previous customer service experience helpful.
• Must be able to work additional hours as required to meet business and customer needs.
• Must be able to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote a positive customer experience.

Physical requirements must be met for the Intern-Service job, including regularly being required to sit and talk or hear.  The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.  Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
