Lubricate and inspect heavy equipment parts and components for damage and perform preventative maintenance on company heavy equipment. Maintain on site inventory of fuel, oil, and filters. Read and understand oil reference guides, applications and cross reference manuals. Perform basic maintenance work and inform mechanics of needed repairs.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-3 years experience fueling and servicing heavy equipment in the heavy civil construction and/or mining industries.
Must be able to read and understand oil reference guides and heavy equipment manuals.
Minimum Class B, CDL license with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsement.
Must have clean MVR. Pass pre-employment drug test prior to working and fitness test. F

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ABILITIES

Position requires employee to frequently perform some or all of the following activities and movements: sit, twist, bend, reach outward, reach above head and shoulders, climb, lift 30-50 pounds, bounced, vibrated or moved in equipment cab. Work is outdoors on site.
